Headquartered in Singapore, Zaaterra is building businesses in hospitality and branded residences, private membership and personal services, health and longevity, and artificial intelligence.
Investment case
Why Zaaterra
Four businesses. A shared purpose.
Mayah Hospitality, Qavaris, Eternum and ZAZNI each have their own customers, operating models and growth strategies. They share a focus on living well, supported by Zaaterra’s long-term approach to ownership and development.
The investment case rests on the performance and prospects of each business. Opportunities to work together are pursued where they improve a product, service or customer experience; the businesses are not dependent on customers moving between them.
Long-duration assets. Recurring relationships.
Hotels, branded residences, memberships and longevity relationships are built for lasting engagement. Zaaterra has hospitality projects in development in Asia, with a broader market focus across Asia and Europe. The longer people engage with its businesses, the deeper those relationships are designed to become.
Exposure to structural global trends.
Global wealth is growing and becoming more internationally distributed. Demand for exceptional real estate, private membership, premium hospitality and personalised health services forms the long-term opportunity behind Zaaterra, alongside advances in longevity science.
Zaaterra addresses the full arc of a life lived with intention. ZAZNI is a core business in that company, developing customer-facing AI products for life management and personal health.
Built for long-term ownership.
Zaaterra is building for value over decades, led by a management team with a long-term perspective. That approach guides ownership, development and the relationships that underpin each business.
Independent governance. Experienced leadership.
The Board and executive team bring decades of experience across Asian real estate, hospitality and capital markets, including senior roles at established property and investment groups. Independent oversight is core to how the company is built.
Global reach
Borderless by design.
Zaaterra has a home base, but its businesses are being built to serve international markets.
Mayah Hospitality is designed for international travellers and buyers. Qavaris draws from a global membership base rather than one city. EternumEssentia products are being developed for distribution across the United States, Europe, Japan and beyond. ZAZNI’s software products are being developed for customers across markets.
The intention is broad participation across markets, rather than dependence on a single home territory. That reach grows as the businesses become operational.
Global reach does not remove the risk of a global downturn. Market conditions, currency movements, local regulation and execution continue to affect the company and its businesses.
Ownership & governance
Capital for growth.
The company continues to evaluate opportunities to access global capital markets in support of its growth strategy.
ZAZNI is developing its own products, Agent Q and Agent E, for life management and personal health, with a structure designed to support a potential independent listing.
