ZAZNI is Zaaterra's artificial intelligence company, developing customer-facing applications for life management and personal health.

Its products, Agent Q and Agent E, are being developed for individual customers as well as the Qavaris and Eternum businesses. Each has a defined purpose, with personal service and health expertise informing its development.

Agent Q is a personal life assistant — anyone can text or call it, member or not. Agent Q handles everyday tasks directly: bookings, travel, appointments, errands, and the kind of running coordination that would otherwise be repeated by hand at every request.

Over time, Agent Q learns enough about how a person lives — how they travel, where they tend to stay, what they typically need at short notice — to anticipate a request before it is made, rather than simply responding to one.

Agent Q acts, not just advises — placing a call, confirming a reservation, completing a task directly on a member's behalf, not simply suggesting what to do next. Confidentiality is a founding principle of how Agent Q is built: what Agent Q learns about a person's life stays within Qavaris, never pooled across any other Zaaterra system without that person's explicit, revocable consent.

Agent E is Eternum's digital health system. It holds each client's personal health record, organises lab results, connects to wearable devices, and keeps their practitioners informed between visits.

Agent E explains a client's own health data back to them in plain terms, and flags when something should be reviewed. Agent E does not diagnose or prescribe — that stays with the practitioner. Client confidentiality is a founding principle of how Agent E is built.

Agent E's current scope is personal: a client's own record, results, and day-to-day health picture. The same system is built to extend further — into corporate health programmes and insurer partnerships — but that work has not yet begun.

A client's health data is held separately from every other Zaaterra system. It is shared only with that client's explicit, revocable consent, in compliance with the data protection laws of each market Zaaterra operates in — never pooled by default.
